Facility Use       

There is no charge for touring the galleries or enjoying a quiet respite from your travels as you sit in the arbor beside the koi pond in our memorial garden.

The Arts Center, garden and grounds is a wonderful place for:

Small Garden Wedding

Bridesmaid Party

Reception or Dinner Party

Corporate or Organization Meeting

Small Group Presenation

Family or Friends Reunion

The location in Russellville City Park adds a beauty to the setting making it a perfect selection for indoor or outdoor events. 

Depending upon the function and number in attendance, you can choose from the South Gallery, West Gallery, classroom/meeting room, exterior grounds or Memorial Garden.

We have a professional, experienced staff always ready to assist you and help you make the right impression. Small kitchen facilities are available for your convenience.

Rental fees are set by the amount of time the event will last, number of staff needed and any Arts Center materials or equipment used. The basic rental fee for Private Parties or Events are as follows:

Use of space: $50 for one-half day --------- $100 for a full day or anything over 1/2 day.

A $50 cleaning deposit is required and is refundable if facility is left in the same condition.  Since valuable art work is always on exhibit, a staff member or member of the Board of Directors is required to be on the premises. As in all rentals, the person renting the facility is responsible for any damages to the facility or its contents.
