Directions

We are near the corner of Knoxville and East Main Street.  From East Main turn north onto Knoxville Street and immediately left onto East B Street where you will then be at our parking lot, turn right and come to the unique WPA-built rock building.  This former swimming pool bathhouse was built in 1936 and abandoned by the city when a new, larger pool was built at another site.

In 1983 the building was uniquely renovated to become an asset for Russellville and the surrounding area to house the Arts Center’s Galleries and offices, landscaping and Memorial Garden. Facilities continued to be added to serve our growing population of persons interested in the arts.  First a pottery studio and kiln room then, thanks to LEADERSHIP RUSSELLVILLE, a much needed storage facility was constructed.

From East Parkway it is easy to locate the city-owned Hughes Community Center at the corner of Parkway and Knoxville Street. We are just a short walk across the footbridge behind the Hughes Center in Russellville City Park. Go south on Knoxville Street and turn right onto B Street and into our parking lot.
